Sept 13 meetup
Our September 13 meetup will be at Sycamore Nature Center, located at the entrance to Sycamore Canyon Campground, 9000 Pacific Coast Hwy, Malibu.
Parking in the day lot is $3/hr or $12/day. If you are a member of Los Angeles Public Library, you can borrow a State Parks parking pass there, pending availability.
You'll pass the Nature Center on your right as you approach the kiosk; drive through, park in the day lot, and walk back to where we'll be set up under the trees.
We will start at 12:30pm with a picnic, so bring your journal, something to sit on, some food to share + your plate & fork. If for any reason you don't want to share food, don't feel obliged—just bring your own lunch.
